This Privacy Policy explains how Jianwei Li ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use evacmaker.com and the EvacMaker service (the "Service"). The controller is Jianwei Li, [ANSCHRIFT / ADDRESS], support@evacmaker.com.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details (including sign-in through a third-party provider if you choose one). You can draft without an account; we then use a temporary, anonymous session.
• Floor plans and plan data. The files you upload (PDF, images), the plans you draw, addresses you enter for the overview map, and the names you type into the stamp block. We store them so you can edit and re-export your plans later.
• Export confirmations. When you export, we record that you confirmed the on-site check, with a timestamp.
• Billing information. Waffo, our Merchant of Record, collects your payment details. We receive only what we need to manage your points and subscription (such as product, status and dates); we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data. We may use analytics to understand which pages are useful, such as pages visited and device/browser type. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them on the cookie banner.

The free tools (Pflicht-Check, calculators, 119 sheet generator) run in your browser. What you type there stays on your device (some tools save it in your browser's local storage); it is not sent to us.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as language). Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. We don't use advertising cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, process purchases and subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information. Sharing With Service Providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting and storage (Cloudflare), authentication, email delivery, our payment provider Waffo (Merchant of Record), and, only if you use the "Beta" auto-draft, an AI provider that reads the floor plan image. Where Data Is Stored

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active, so you can edit paid plans later. You can delete a project or your whole account from your account settings at any time. Anonymous drafts that are never linked to an account are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD]. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction records).

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. In the EU you can also complain to a data protection authority. Email us to make a request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
